Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Avyn when you build, host and pay for apps with Avyn.

Avyn is an app builder for Australian businesses. These terms apply when you create an account, subscribe to a plan or use an app Avyn has built for you.

By signing in and subscribing you agree to these terms on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use Avyn.

You sign in with a code or a link sent to your email, with a passkey you add in Settings, with another account the sign-in screen offers, or through your organisation's single sign-on. Keep access to that email account secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

Each account belongs to an organisation. The organisation's owner manages its plan and billing, and is responsible for what people in the organisation do in Avyn.

Avyn has two plans, Pro and Business, billed monthly or annually in Australian dollars. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude GST, which is added at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You can cancel in Settings > Billing, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

Building and changing apps uses credits. Each plan adds a set number of credits every month, and those credits expire at the end of that monthly period. Credits you buy separately expire 12 months after purchase.

Credits are not money. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another organisation.

You own what you put into Avyn and into the apps it builds for you, including your descriptions, files and your apps' data. You allow Avyn to store, process and host that content only as needed to run Avyn and your apps.

Published apps are hosted by Avyn at an avyn.cloud address.

Avyn's builder uses AI models to plan and write your app's code, and it checks the result before saving it. It can still make mistakes. Check what it builds before you rely on it, especially for anything that handles money, health information or other people's personal information.

If your app collects personal information from your own customers or staff, you are responsible for handling it lawfully, including telling them how you use it.

Do not use Avyn to build or host anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, to send spam, to collect information without consent, or to interfere with Avyn, its providers or other customers' apps.

If an app breaks these rules, Avyn may take it offline or suspend the account, and will tell the owner why unless the law prevents it.

Avyn is improved continually, so features change. We work to keep Avyn and your apps available but do not promise uninterrupted service.

You can stop using Avyn at any time by cancelling your plan. To close your account entirely, contact us through Help and feedback in the app.

If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we will email the organisation owner before the change takes effect.

Questions about these terms: use Help and feedback in the app.
