Can I see what I'll get before I pay?

Yes. Describe your app, answer a few questions, and Avyn shows you the plan it will build, milestone by milestone, with a credit estimate. You choose a plan only when you are happy with it, and building starts after you subscribe.

What is a credit?

Credits meter the builder's work and nothing else. Each turn the builder takes is charged after it finishes, based on what it actually did. Hosting, publishing, sign-in and your app's database are in the plan, not in credits. Credits are spent by the work the builder does. In our own test builds on Balanced, a milestone used about 20 to 40 credits; your app may use more or less. Lite uses fewer credits for each step and Expert uses more. Your balance is always in the header, and the usage page lists every spend.

Is GST included?

Prices are shown ex GST, with the price including GST beside them. GST is added at checkout and itemised on the invoice Stripe issues for every payment.

How does annual billing work?

Annual Pro is $490 + GST ($539 including GST) billed once a year, the same as 10 months at the monthly price. You still receive 100 credits each month, on the anniversary day.

What if I need more credits?

Top up at any time on either plan: 50 credits for $19 + GST ($20.90 including GST) or 100 credits for $29 + GST ($31.90 including GST). Top-up credits last 12 months from the day you buy them, and they are spent after your monthly credits.

What does hosting cost?

Nothing on top of the plan. Each published app on Pro includes 1 GB of storage and 20 GB of traffic a month, and Business includes more. Go past an allowance and your app keeps serving, with no overage charge.

What happens if an app goes over its hosting allowance?

Each app on Pro includes 1 GB of storage and 20 GB of traffic a month, and on Business 2 GB and 50 GB. Go past one and your app keeps serving. There is no overage charge and no throttling; we show the figure in your billing settings and point you at the plan that fits.

Is the app mine?

You own what you describe and the data your app stores. Published apps run on Avyn at your-name.avyn.cloud. From each app's Export page you can download its code and export its database as CSV files, on both plans.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from Settings, through the Stripe billing portal. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.

What happens to a build that fails?

If a build fails because of Avyn, a sandbox problem or a model error, every credit it used is refunded. If it fails because the generated code needs fixing, the builder's fix attempt is charged like any other turn.
